• Enquiries from employers: name, company, designation, work email, mobile number, sector and the hiring requirement you describe.
• Registrations from candidates: name, mobile number, email, city, current role, experience, preferred sector, expected salary, your resume and your consent.
• Basic technical data: a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to limit spam and repeated submissions.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you and run the search you ask about. We use candidate details to assess your profile, contact you about suitable roles and, with your knowledge, put you forward to employers. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

Our recruitment team can see it. We share a candidate's profile with an employer only for a role we have discussed with the candidate. Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf to run this site.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate profiles while they are useful for hiring and delete them when you ask. We keep enquiries for as long as the business relationship or follow-up needs.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We will act on the request within a reasonable time.

Security

Resumes are stored in a restricted area and are only available to authorised staff after sign-in. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information that we have not asked for.
